Three new industries which have begun in the Incubator Building have subsequently grown and spun-off into their own buildings. Those three alone have added nearly100 jobs and more than a million dollars in value to the community's tax roll. They continue to be growth industries. More than a dozen other established and new companies in Hartford have utilized space in the Incubator Building. The building is organized to allow for tenant-shared secretarial services, conference rooms, telecommunications equipment, etc., all through the HADC executive offices that are in the building. Besides the spin-off industries, the Incubator Building has been the site of creating in excess of 100 jobs throughout its 18-year history.
